AA Auto Assist app for iPhone and iPad

For vehicle owners, some of the most dreaded events are motor vehicle accidents and mechanical failures. With Asia Assistance, we offer 24 Hours assistance to our customers whenever they encounter vehicle breakdown in the middle of the highway or at home. We provide excellent case management service and an assurance that the driver is looked after from initial call through to the final return of their vehicle.

Asia Assistance has custom designed a mobile app. specifically for our car assistance program. All our customers will be entitled to download and utilize the mobile app. with no installation fee to the users.

Our mobile application allows users to:
- Send location coordination to Asia Assistance
- Send user details to Asia Assistance
- Call us via the mobile app.
- Access to accident tips (Tips on what to do in the event of a road accident)

In the event of a breakdown or accident, you may request for assistance by simply pressing the “Call For Assistance” button. Your details will be automatically sent to our call center. Press the Call button and it will connect you directly to us via phone call.

Please note that this application and its features are only available in Malaysia for now.
